POLICE are investigating graffiti on signposts in north Herefordshire which appears to criticise the Conservative government's handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
Kington's safer neighbourhood team shared images of the vandalism on Twitter and said they want anyone with information to come forward.
"Tories shafted care sector" and "Boris deadly shambles" were among the messages sprayed onto the back of signposts in Kington and near Whitney-on-Wye.
PC Dean Wall from West Mercia Police said: "I am keen to speak with anyone who has information relating to the damage of highway signage along A44 Kington bypass and A438 Willersley, Whitney-on-Wye."
Anyone with information about the graffiti should contact PC Wall on 07773 053846.
