The High Street in Leintwardine was closed on Monday morning due to a crash between a 4x4 and a lorry, the ambulance service said.
Emergency services dealt with the incident near the medical centre, with one patient treated by emergency services.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 7.19am to reports of a two-vehicle RTC in High Street.
"We sent one ambulance and treated one patient for injuries not believed to be serious.
"He was the driver of the 4x4 and was taken to Hereford County Hospital."
Drivers were asked to us ease alternative routes and the road reopened before midday.
