Christmas Show

Herefordshire Guild of Craftsemen’s annual festive event returns to the historic Market House in Ledbury with a huge selection of Christmas gift inspiration from around 18 of its members. Featuring wood work, intricate fretwork and fine turning, stained and fused glass, jewellery, ceramics, art and illustrations. Open every day except Sundays and admission is free. Christmas 2019 Etsy Made Local Christmas Fair
Left Bank, Hereford

Once again the wonderful Christmas fair will take place at The Left Bank Village, Hereford. It’s the fourth edition of this fair and promises to be even bigger and better than before! You will find over 60 local makers selling a wide variety of items, pottery, clothing, jewellery, art and much more. Live music and bars over two floors, plus a children’s craft table.

Christmas Winter Wonderland at Ralph Court Gardens

Thousands of lights and snow machines throughout the gardens create a truly magical Christmas event for all ages. For the young and the young at heart, there are singing reindeer (and donkey) providing a show in their stables and Boris, the friendly bear, will be telling children’s stories from his log cabin.

Every weekend Santa will be in attendance, and this weekend, November 29 and December 1, and next weekend, December 7 and 8, Ralph Court Gardens presents a Christmas Food and Craft Market.

Hampton Court Christmas Fair

Held within the castle, you’ll be able to see beautiful decorations, large fir trees, roaring open fires and stalls exhibiting a wide range of gifts, local crafts and produce, as well as delicious, seasonal food. The perfect opportunity to start your Christmas shopping or simply treat yourself!

Hay Winter Food Festival
Fairtrade Christmas Fair

The food festival, 10am to 4pm, will feature more than 50 stallholders, and takes place in the Memorial car park in the centre of town. Entry is free. And if you’re in Hay for the day, don’t miss the Fairtrade Christmas Fair (10am to 5pm), the annual market which brings the best fairly traded gifts, textiles, tools and foods from around the world to Hay’s Buttermarket, along with festive music, food and drink.

Refreshments and raffle alongside stalls selling wonderful willow baskets and decorations, marvellous Mandy cakes, super fabric creations, and pretty porcelain flowers plus more.

Around 40 stalls each day with festive treats and gifts on offer and including locally made crafts, decorations and jewellery as well as delicious hot street food and drinks. Soak up the festive atmosphere beneath the wonderful giant Christmas tree and lights.

High Town, Hereford

Hereford Arts Markets act as showcases for local talent and designer/makers from the region and are held regularly throughout the year. Offering a range of original artworks, traditional and contemporary crafts and handmade jewellery, the Art Markets offer visitors the chance to meet the professional and semi-professional designer-makers.

Victorian Christmas market

Held in Leominster every year, with a wide variety of stallholders, dressed in traditional Victorian dress, lining Corn Square and Broad Street and selling a range of crafts and gifts plus local and seasonal produce. A festive treat, with numerous stalls, street entertainment, tasty dishes and lots more.

Kington Food Festival

Kington’s annual food and drink festival features the very best of what the borders has to offer. With this annual festival hitting its 14th year we can now boast over 90 stalls hand picked to give the best variety of producers from charcuterie to patisserie to fresh meat including lamb, pork and goat to chocolate and oils. This year’s festival is spread over five different venues, one of which will be sponsored by White Heron Cassis with their pop up cocktail bar.

Hereford Cathedral Christmas Fair

More than 40 stallholders offering homemade produce, handcrafted items and plenty of gift ideas. At 1 pm the popular Carols for Shoppers will be performed by Hereford Church Singers and Herefordshire Junior Youth Choir.

A Festive Christmas Evening
Eastnor Castle

An opportunity to see the magnificent Eastnor Castle Christmas decorations and enjoy some festive entertainment to raise money for the Eastnor Church Tower Appeal. Admission includes tours by James Hervey-Bathurst, (please select a tour time when booking tickets; tours at 6.15pm, 7.00pm and 7.45pm), Christmas carols by members of the Ledbury Choral Society and a mince pie and a glass of wine.
