AN EMERGENCY lane closure is in force on the A49 in Hereford this afternoon.
A Herefordshire Council spokesperson said the northbound right-hand turn lane on the A49 junction with the A465 is closed while a gas leak is being investigated near the Edgar Street football stadium.
Gas engineers are on scene and motorists are advised to expect delays while the work is carried out.
