SEA cadets were joined by the Royal Marines Band in a spectacular parade through Hereford today.
They marched from St Owens Street to Hereford Cathedral to mark Trafalgar Day.
About 200 sea cadets from Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire took part in the event, which was hosted by the Hereford Sea Cadets unit.
For more than 100 years, cadets have marked the anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar with a parade on the Sunday closest to October 21.
On that date in 1805 Admiral Lord Nelson defeated the French and Spanish fleets off Cape Trafalgar in South West Spain, losing his life at the height of his most famous victory.
