MOTORISTS are being warned to take care on Herefordshire's roads as temperatures in the county hit 29 degrees celsius.
Road surfaces in some areas of the county have been badly hit by the blazing heat and have begun to deteriorate.
Herefordshire Council and Balfour Beatty Living Places are asking drivers to take extra care when out and about in Herefordshire over the next few days after the heat melted the surface of a road near Kington.
You can report any safety concerns on 01432 261800.
