DIRTY needles were found scattered on a pavement close to a Hereford school this morning.
Richard Perkins spotted around "10 to 15" of the hypodermic needles in Primrose Close, Redhill.
He said many of the needles had their caps removed and added that many appeared to still contain drugs.
The discovery was made at 8.30am and Mr Perkins, who works at a newsagents, called the council and police.
He said that the needles, which were found a short distance from Marlbrook Primary School, have now been removed.
