COUNTY council officers will raise concerns over the use of ‘pornographic’ artwork on Hereford May Fair rides following a complaint from a resident.
The pictures decorating many of the rides included women with little or no clothing.
Parents told the BBC that they felt the pictures were pornographic and over-sexualised women.
A Herefordshire Council spokesperson said: “As licensors of the May Fair, we are aware of a complaint about the artwork on some of the rides.
“We will raise this with the organisers following the Fair.”
