DEVELOPERS want to convert a Hereford building into six flats.
Adam Billig has submitted plans to Herefordshire Council to change the use of 135 Eign Street.
His proposals seek to convert the currently vacant offices into self contained flats and also include part demolition of the existing rear timber frame extension.
Residents have until May 12 to comment on the proposals which planners are expected to consider by May 30.
