A fundraising event - Insights into Opera - is being held in The Tapestry Room at Broxwood Court on Wednesday, April 10 in aid of The Music Pool.
A Prosecco and Canape reception will be followed by a whistle-stop tour of 300 years around Europe, starting and finishing in la bella Italia, as Dennis Schiavon whisks guests through the highs and lows of the exotic world of opera. Using video and audio of some of the world's best performers, he will present opera's composers, singers, heroes, villains, lovers and legends.
Dennis is administrator of The Music Pool and is also a musician, singer, actor and unabashed opera buff.
