TWO days of activities are planned at thePoint4 gym and leisure centre in Hereford to mark it's 10th anniversary.

On Friday pupils from Trinity and Riverside schools can try Goalball and Blind Football and experience the communication skills required to participate in the visually impaired sports at which The Royal National College for the Blind excels.

On Saturday there is a birthday workout, with everyone welcome to free group exercise classes and gym tours.

Indoor Cycling, Hot Yoga, Barbell Tone, Pilates and Circuits will be on offer between 8.30 and 11.15, along with the opportunity to see the Synrgy Rig in the newly refurbished gym.

If you’ve never seen the unbelievable skills of Blind Football, the Blind League kicks off at 11.00 and Like Radio will be on hand all morning to keep the party going.

All the income generated from gym membership at the thePoint4 supports education, training and independence for students with visual impairment at RNC. Some students will be in the Reception area selling plants from the College gardens.
