Demonstrations of Traditional Cidermaking Local cidermaker Ralph Owen will be demonstrating the traditional way of making cider using a portable mill and press powered by tractor engine.

Display of Cider Apples Apple Day is celebrated on 21st October each year, and throughout the Cidermaking Festival there will be a display of the many different varieties with such names as Cider Lady's Finger, Slack-ma-Girdle, Brown Snout or Bloody Turk!

Herefordshire Beekeepers Exhibition and Honey Competition Beekeeping is a craft closely associated with cidermaking, and once again we are privileged to be hosting the Herefordshire Beekeepers' Annual Honey Competition at the Cidermaking Festival.

Blacksmith Demonstrations Traditional Blacksmith Aaron Heath from Garway Hill will be giving demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Arts and Crafts The well established group of Marcher Artists and Designers known as "Platform One" who will be exhibiting and selling a large array of their arts and crafts.

Book Binding Jenny Bevan has a small bindery in Monmouth and concentrates mainly on the repair of old books, both leather and recent cloth covered volumes.

Wooden Gifts Mike Kilmister will display a range of wooden gifts such as key rings, pencil holders and name plates which can all be personalised.
