THE delightful experience of being enfolded in therapeutic sound harmonies is known as a 'sound bath'.
Bea Martin and David Johnson from Bristol - otherwise known as The Bards of Avalon - have been using this technique since 2003 and have received consistent feedback of stress relief, pain reduction, improved sleep patterns and an increased sense of wellbeing.
On Thursday, March 7 they will be the guest speakers at the South Herefordshire Dowsers' meeting at Aston Ingham Village Hall, giving the audience a sound bath of vocal harmonies, gongs, Himalayan bowls and percussion.
They will also demonstrate how the beneficial effects of this experience on the body may be measured using dowsing instruments. The evening starts at 7.30pm.
