TRAFFIC in Hereford city centre ground to a halt this morning after a lorry became stuck.
The HGV got into difficulties whilst driving through some of Hereford's narrowest streets, becoming stuck outside The Stables whilst attempting to make the tight right turn on to West Street from Aubrey Street.
Traffic heading towards Broad Street was backed up as a consequence.
It is the second heavy goods vehicle to find itself in trouble at the spot in less than a week, after a Tesco lorry added to Hereford's traffic woes on Saturday after it, too, became stuck at the junction.
The lorry has now managed to reverse and West Street is clear again.
