ONE of the county's ace fundraisers has arranged for a plaque to be erected in Ross-on-Wye to mark the 150th anniversary of the Royal National Institute for Blind People.
Rosemary Rigby, who worked for the RNIB for more than 30 years, will be present at the unveiling of the plaque at the town's Wishing Well on Saturday at 12.30pm.
The well was constructed in Caroline Symonds Gardens in the town to mark the RNIB's 100th anniversary back in 1968.
