VILLAGERS in Staunton-on-Wye joined together to collect items for the Hereford Food Bank.
They collected items of food intended for the charity's Christmas hampers and delivered them to the food bank in Aubrey Street last week.
With Christmas getting closer, the food bank is well stocked at the moment thanks to generous donations from many groups, businesses and individuals across the county.
The charity will be needing donation towards the end of January which includes items such as tinned meat, tinned fish, small jars of coffee and small bags of sugar.
