QUEENSWOOD, Tupsley Quarry and Hereford's High Town were just some of the locations used for a university student's third-year film.
Alex Wilson, who graduated from Bournemouth University this year, filmed The Devil Came Today in Herefordshire with young actors from the county.
This Friday he is holding his first public screening of the film at his former primary school, Hampton Dene, at 7pm.
Alex said: "The Devil Came Today tells the story of Fris, a young woman living in a rural village in the 1500s.
"She meets a time-traveller who kidnaps her and takes her to the present day. The film will be supported by a number of other projects I've worked on in the last few years, among them a music video shot locally about a man mourning his deceased wife, and a short film about a squaddie sent unexpectedly to Baghdad at the start of the Iraq War."
He said filming took a week and a half overall but it was spread throughout the year. He said a 12-year-old called Gabby Radziejowski stars in the film who is incredibly talented.
The 21-year-old from Hampton Park finished university with a 2.1 and plans to work on other projects to build up a CV.
