KIND hearted members of Wye Valley Runners have decided to share some of their iconic Muddy Woody race finishers T shirts with Kano Orphanage in Northern Nigeria.

A member of the club now working out in Nigeria got in touch and they were happy to respond.

Club chairman Martin Flowers said: "Each finisher at our annual Muddy Woody Race in Haugh Woods get's one of the limited edition edition T shirts.

"When we were asked to send some on to the kids in Nigeria we were only too pleased to help.

"The kids and staff there were very grateful and excited and it really made their week. They will use them for sports activities at the orphanage.

"They have very little, in this very deprived area of the world and so this was a real treat for them".
