JOHN Kyrle High School held its 39th annual sports day on June 29.
In beautiful, if extremely warm conditions, there were some fantastic performances by all years and the event was finished by two amazing relay races by the year 10 boys and girls.
All the competitors were well supported by an appreciative crowd of students, parents and staff.
Headteacher, Mr Nigel Griffiths expressed his thanks to head of PE, Mike Donoghue and his team for their superb organisation of what has become the highlight of the school year.

Year 7 - Macy Walker.
Year 8 - Faith Robbins.
Year 9 - Sienna Griffiths.
Year 10 - Ellie Lown.

Year 8 - Jake Ashly.
Year 9 - George Harrhy.
Year 10 - Joe Thomas.
