A WOMAN was taken to hospital following a crash at the bottom of Fromes Hill this afternoon.

Fire crews from Malvern and Ledbury attended the two-vehicle crash near to the Hop Pocket on the B4214, just off the A4103, at 12.40pm.

An ambulance spokesman said they took a woman in her 40s to Hereford County Hospital, who had chest pain.

She was assisted out of the vehicle but did not have to be cut out of the vehicle by firefighters, he said.
