From May 21 to 28 Dementia Action Week encourages people to take action in every day life, whether that is being patient in a queue or making a business dementia-friendly.
There is also a programme called Dementia Friends where people can attend a face-to-face information session or watch an online video to learn more about dementia and the small ways everybody can help. To find out more go to dementiafriends.org.uk
