A BUSINESSMAN who lost both of his parents to cancer has raised £161 as part of ‘Turn Hereford Pink’
To support Breast Cancer Haven's campaign during October, Hereford-based print and technology business Rethink donated a percentage of every magenta print cartridge they sold to the charity.
“This is a charity close to my heart as I lost both my parents to cancer,” said Hugh Pattison Appleton, owner of Rethink.
“When we found out about Breast Cancer Haven’s campaign, we wanted to support them, but were initially unsure how. Our magenta cartridges are used for printing pink, so this seemed a great way to raise money and do our bit to ‘Turn Hereford Pink’.”
