THE fabulous pictures on these pages are the first to feature from our new Hereford Times Camera Club.
We have launched the club to bring together the area's many talented photographers – professional and amateur – and showcase their talent.
All will have a chance to see their work regularly published in the Hereford Times and seen by thousands of readers in print and online.
Portraits, landscapes, wildlife shots and news pictures – we welcome them all, and you don't have to pay anything to join!
We have set up a Facebook group where members can post their pictures, share their tips, get feedback and ask for advice. Just search for 'Hereford Times Camera Club'.
Don't worry if you don't use Facebook. You can still be a member of the club if you want to simply submit your pictures by email. Just add 'Camera Club' to the subject line and send to photo@herefordtimes.co.uk.
The club will run competitions and the chance to meet up with professional photographers at workshops. Look out for news in the coming weeks.
John Wilson, editor of the Hereford Times, said: “We have set up the camera club because there is a wealth of photographic talent in the area that deserves a regular platform where it can be appreciated by thousands of people.
"We're delighted with the response so far, and are working on plans to help club members develop their talents and enjoy more benefits from club membership."
