A HEREFORD man is heading for the Spanish coast later this month - but its certainly not going to be a holiday.
A gruelling cycle ride in one of Europe's hottest climates may appeal to few, but Michael King's two week trek across Spain could make a difference to hundreds of sufferers.
Mr King will attempt to cycle from Spain's northern coast to the Mediterranean in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, and will take in four mountain ranges and temperatures of over 45C during his expedition.
