ENGLISH Heritage officials are to inspect a 4,000-year-old monument discovered on the edge of Hereford.
Inspectors are to visit the site on Monday and say they will liaise with Herefordshire Council to assess the best way to date and define the site.
Council officials said on Wednesday that the monument will only be on view to the general public for a short period as it stands in the way of the £12million Rotherwas relief road which is currently being built.
