THREE teenagers have been rewarded for all their hard work and commitment to maintaining Hereford's Broomy Hill Miniature Railway.
Noah Eggar, 14, James Newby, 15, and Ewan Willcocks, 15, were given certificates by the Southern Federation of Model Engineering Societies recognising their work.
They are members of the Hereford Society of Model Engineers, which operates the popular railway.
The young engineers regularly use the machine tools and welding equipment at the club where they have been trained by the senior club members to carry out these tasks and have built a number of award winning models.
The club are always interested in young people from the age of 12 who would like to join. Contact delsshed@talktalk.net.
