KNIGHTON Men's Shed's membership is growing but the building has proved to be a little on the cold side.
Knighton and District Rotary Club have come to the rescue and presented the club with two industrial heaters to warm the place up.
The heaters were presented to club members by Rotary President Patrick Smith. Shed organisers are keen to enrol other people in the community who would like to take part in various carpentry enterprises and meet new friends.
The shed members also sharpen tools such as axes, lawnmower blades and other implements brought in by the public.
The workshop is situated off Station Road, Knighton on the right before the railway station and is open Monday to Wednesday from 10am till 2pm.
If anyone is interested in joining or would like further information contact John on 01544 232750.
