THE Plump Hill Barn Dance and Ceilidh Band has over 20 years experience of playing for social occasions.
They have been invited to call/play for a Burns Night Ceilidh, with a Scottish theme, at the Whitchurch and Ganarew Memorial Hall on Saturday from 7pm.
Tickets are £12 for adults and £6 for children and this price includes hot food. A licensed bar will be available.
The band play throughout this area, and the band's name 'Plump Hill' celebrates an old settlement in the Forest of Dean, not the svelte shapes of the band!
This will be the third time that they have appeared at the Memorial Hall and it is always a lovely, enjoyable, friendly evening.
For further information or tickets, please ring the organisers on 01600 890489 or 890943.
