POLICE are appealing for information after thieves attempted to break into a cash point in Ledbury.
An alarm was activated at the Co-operative in New Street at just after midnight this morning.
Offenders had gained entry to the back of the ATM, which is situated on the outside of the Co-op.
It appears that an unsuccessful attempt was made to access the cash machine and no money was taken. No entry was gained into the store.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen something which could help with their enquiries.
