PUPILS at Knighton Primary school had a visit recently from Richard Clough from Severn Trent Water.
During the morning, the children took part in assemblies about saving water. The children thoroughly enjoyed the assemblies and have learnt a lot. As well as the assemblies, the Eco-Council took part in a session where they discussed what we are doing as a school in applying for our Platinum Award and what they are doing in order to save water as a school.
Richard introduced the children to a project called Water Reporters.
Teacher Rebecca Chidgey thanked Richard and Severn Trent Water for a very interesting day at school.
