THERE is a chance for residents to share their views about potential new homes to the south of St Weonards.
The Duchy Of Cornwall is considering building homes on a five acre plot of land next to the A466 and school playing field.
St Weonards Parish Council and the Duchy is hosting a community engagement event in the village hall on Friday, March 11 from 7pm to 9pm and Saturday, March 12 from 9am to 5pm.
There will be a design workshop, facilitated by The Prince's Foundation for Building Community.
No plans have been put forward by the Duchy. At this stage staff from the Duchy's estate want to hear from residents.
