CHILDREN at a county primary school went on a swashbuckling adventure to the high seas when they performed their summer production.
Almost 60 key-stage two pupils from St. Mary’s Primary School, in Fownhope, performed their musical comedy, Pirates of the Curry Bean, to full audiences at the end of term.
It told the story of the Periwinkle family and their dangerous encounter with Captain Redbeard and his pirate crew.
Packed full of corny jokes and fun songs, the pupils had a great time performing their parts for three performances.
