A lecturer at Home Lacy College has received a top award from the Institute of Agricultural Secretaries and Administrators.
Cathy Meredith, who lectures in rural business administration at the college, received the award at the institute's annual conference.
On behalf of the institute, Lucy Levinge said the Herefordshire branch was very proud Cathy had been presented with the Elizabeth Roe Award for being member of the year.
She said Cathy had proved extremely helpful to those looking to move in various directions following the course in rural business administration.
Cathy has been a member of the institute's council of management since 2006.
