HEREFORDSHIRE Catering and Hospitality students spent a day creating a range of mouth-watering chocolate delicacies with a top chef.
The youngsters, from Herefordshire College of Technology, learned how to create a range of chocolate treats from ex-HCT student Jacqueline Keenan, who recently won the gold award at the restaurant show for Prada chefs in Birmingham.
Pastry chef Jacqueline, who specialises in chocolate, showed the students how to make a delice of Verona and Raspberry Chocolates, which the students enjoyed sampling.
