ROSS-on-Wye Community Hospital has received a glowing report from a health watchdog.
Healthwatch Herefordshire visited the hospital in January and spoke to 13 patients and their families and inspected the premises.
The visiting team of six concluded patients at the hospital were treated with dignity and staff were going the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Jan Elliot, community hospital sister, said: “We’re delighted with the results of the review which demonstrates the commitment and dedication of our hardworking and professional staff members."
The Healthwatch team described the atmosphere at the hospital as being a “controlled, calm and safe environment”.
