JOHN Kyrle High School in Ross-on-Wye has celebrated the most successful academic year in its history.
A record 64% of students gained five or more A*to C grades, including English and maths.
Notable successes, with more than 100 A* grades between them, included Ella Nuttall, Flora Williams Burton, Mollie Hodgson- Casson, Nick Burden, Lucy Young, Elliot Gooch, Emma Greenough, Joseph Rae, Alexander Flach, Joanna Da Silva, William Phillips and twins Andrew and Jonathan Evans.
Nigel Griffiths, head teacher, said the school is going from "strength to strength".
“These results, coupled with the soon to be completed £1.2 million maths centre, means we can be confident in our provision for new and current students,” he added.
