A WINDING up order for Hereford United - scheduled for today looks to have been suspended.
The case was due to be heard in the Royal Courts of Justice this morning.
However, it is believed proceedings have been halted because of a non-advertisement of petition.
It's the fourth order the club has faced this season - following two petitions by HMRC and one by former manager Martin Foyle, for which the club was given a further 28 days to resolve during an adjournment on June 2.
It's understood the petition for this latest order has been brought by HMRC - though this is unconfirmed.
