IT'S OUR County won Herefordshire Council’s Tupsley by-election and warned it's ready to take Pontrilas too.
IOC expected a victory in Tupsley and took up to 60% of the vote for candidate Cath North.
But leader Anthony Powers says the party could surprise in Pontrilas later this month.
"The voters of this county get it, doorstep reaction in both Tupsley and Pontrilas is clear. The Conservative administration is laying waste to this county, it's time the voters reclaimed it,” he said.
Votes in Tupsley were:
It's Our County - 987
Conservatives - 347
Liberal Democrats - 277.
