FAMILY ACTIVITIES - Summer fun continued at Madley Environmental centre. August 13: 10am mini-beast hunt – find minibeasts in the woods and play the woolly caterpillar game; 1pm woodland games – play the alphabet scavenger hunt, blindfold games and hunt the hedgehog.
August 15: 10am float your boat - make and race bark boats, and elastic band and balloon powered craft; 1pm wild art – make woodland sculptures, paint with natural materials and take leaf rubbings.
Morning sessions are 10am-noon and afternoon sessions 1pm-3pm.
Choose a full day (£10) or half day (£6). Adults free. Children must be accompanied by an adult and booking is essential. Ring 01981 512561 or visit mesc.org.uk for details and to book. MESC is a registered charity.
