CHURCH BAZAAR – The annual summer church bazaar and jumble sale will be held on July 13, in Eardisley church from 10- 12noon.
STRAWBERRY FAIR – The Eardisley strawberry fair will be held at The Old Rectory, Eardisley on July 14, at 2.30pm.
Entry will cost £5 which includes strawberries and cream, scone with jam and cream and lots of tea. There will be various stalls, a raffle and croquet on the lawn.
This is a fundraising event to help raise money for the village hall so do please come along. Tickets are available from the Eardisley Village Stores.
TEA CONCERT – On Saturday at 3pm, cellist Joris Boon will give a concert in the church with the Weidler Quartet. This group of professional musicians performs all over Europe so this will be a splendid opportunity to enjoy a high quality performance and tea afterwards. Admission is free but any contributions towards church funds would be appreciated.
EARDISLEY AND DISTRICT BRANCH ROYAL BRITISH LEGION – The next monthly meeting will be held at the New Strand today (Thursday) at 8pm.
SCHOOL CONCERT – The school concert will take place in the village hall on Tuesday and Wednesday at 6.30pm.
