PLANT SALE - The Much Cowarne bring-and-buy plant sale, including garden items, will be held on May 17, at Much Cowarne Church. Doors will open at 6.30pm. Entrance is free.
Everyone is welcome, and there are drinks and nibbles on hand. If anyone has items they’d like to have collected, they are invited to call Marlene on 01432 820282.
Anyone who has been to one of these plant sales before will know what to expect. Newcomers might be very pleasantly surprised. All proceeds will go to the church.
FASHION SHOW - Burley Gate Pre-School is hosting a ladies’ and children’s fashion show with discounts of up to 70 per cent off high street labels. The show starts at 7pm on May 18, at Burley Gate Village Hall. Tickets cost £5, including a free drink, and are available from the pre-school on 01432 820824.
BINGO - Burley Gate Pre-School will be holding a fund-raising bingo session at Burley Gate Village Hall from 7.30pm on Tuesday. Everyone is welcome.
