QUIZ NIGHT - The March quiz night takes place tomorrow at 8pm in the parish hall. The charge for teams of up to four members is £5. Although refreshments are served at half time team members are welcome to bring alcoholic assistance if desired.
CHURCH - There will be a service this Sunday at Leinthall Earls at 3.30pm PARISH COUNCIL - The next meeting of Aymestrey Parish Council will be on March 27 at 7.30pm in the parish hall.
GRAND CHARITY QUIZ NIGHT - Frank Luscott and his daughter Kayleigh who live in Yatton have been pounding the local lanes together over the past few months in preparation for this year’s London Marathon. This will be the third time that Frank has taken part, but it will be a first for Kayleigh. Frank is running to raise money for VICTA (Visually Impaired Children Taking Action), and Kayleigh is raising money for St Michael’s Hospice.
To help raise sponsorship money for their nominated charities Frank and Kayleigh are holding a grand charity quiz night at Aymestrey Parish Hall on April 5.
Joe Scamp will be the quizmaster, and start time is 7.30pm. Entry is £5 per person and there will be prizes for winners and losers.
There will also be a prize draw and light refreshments will be available.
