PARISH COUNCIL - A meeting was held on January 8 in the parish hall. Rebecca Edmonds, public rights of way enforcement officer, gave an informative talk on her role and the legalities affecting public rights of way. Details of changes being imposed by Herefordshire Council relating to parish councils commenting on planning applications were discussed. The precept for 2013/14 was set at £9,000. This is the third year it has been maintained at this level.
