CHURCH - A beautiful winter morning attracted many visitors to the Christmas bazaar in the church on Saturday. Prize winners in the quarterly draw were Mrs C Morris, Mrs J Banbury, Mrs B Williams, Mrs C Wood, Mrs R Pearce, Mr G Doody, Mrs V Parsons, Mrs M Fenton, Mr P Whittal and Mrs C Gale.
WHIST DRIVE - The last of the year is at the New Strand on Monday from 7.45pm.
HEREFORD OPEN DOOR - Guests at the lunch in the village hall on Sunday will be invited to buy tickets for the raffle and proceeds will be donated to Open Door which provides food and company for the homeless and lonely.
SCHOOL - The Christmas bazaar will be taking place in the school today (Thursday) from 3.30pm to 6pm. Father Christmas should be arriving around 5.30pm.
COMMUNITY LIBRARY - The library will be in the village hall 2pm-4pm on December 18.
