WESTOBY John Philip John's family would like to thank all who have been supporting us during this time of sadness, for flowers, letters, cards, expressions of sympathy and acts of kindness. Our thanks also to all involved in arrangements and all who attended his funeral from near and far, and for donations to St Michael's Hospice and the Royal Brompton Hospital charity for lung research in his memory.
