Guide price

  • Bedrooms: 3
An opportunity to buy a nicely presented 3 bed detached Swiss style house situated in a no through road location overlooking woodland on the edge of the pretty village of Rhandirmwyn. This area, if you haven't already been here before, is a particularly attractive rural area with far reaching views from the village over open countryside with hills in the distance. The property itself is a short walk to the Royal Oak Public House and around a 15 minute drive to the larger town of Llandovery, which has the facilities of a typical market town.

In the house, on the ground floor, there is a large lounge/diner with kitchen off, entrance hall and utility/wc/shower room. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath, double walk in shower and wc. Outside there is a large patio area to the rear with far reaching views and a further garden area to the front with views over natural woodland and a detached garage. After approx 7 miles you will see the Rhandirmwyn sign on the left of the road. You then come to properties on the left and right and then the Royal Oak Pub which is set back on the right. You need to do a sharp right in front of the pub and up the lane on the right side of the pub. After a couple of hundred yards you will see two Swiss style houses on your left. Ty Ar y Rhiw is the first one. There is plenty of room to park in the drive way or you can park right at the top of the road to the right of the gate leading into the woods.
