Summary

Situated in the most wonderful, rural location, Aldermead Cottage offers immense potential to any purchaser with views across rolling farmland towards Orcop and beyond.

With gardens to both the front and rear which have a variety of mature shrubs and trees, there is potential for a purchaser to create their own outdoor space. Any new garden will undoubtedly ensure that seating areas take advantage of the superb, far reaching views.

The bungalow also provides immense scope for either renovation or redevelopment. Currently having an 18' living room, Shaker style fitted kitchen, 14' bedroom and en-suite shower room, there is scope to renovate this property and make a stunning one bedroom home. Alternatively subject to appropriate planning permissions one may consider the option of redeveloping the site, perhaps altering both the layout and orientation of the property to maximise the views offered from this beautiful rural spot.

Despite its rural location, with walks directly from the doorstep Aldermead Cottage is still within easy access of both the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye and the cathedral City of Hereford, both offering a wide range of facilities and services. The M50 motorway and A40 dual carriageway are under 10 miles away providing links to both South Wales and the Midlands.

We strongly recommend an early viewing of this property in order to appreciate the scope and potential that its location has to offer.
