CHAPPELL Margaret, Catherine and Paul would like to thank everyone for their expressions of sympathy and love during John's time in hospital and after his death. Our thanks go also to all who attended the service at Kingsland and gave so generously to the Stroke Trust Fund and John Muir Trust. Special thanks are given to staff on the A&E Ward and the Acute Stroke Unit at Hereford Hospital whose dedicated care and kindness were exemplary. Published in paper 15/03/2007
