Kathleen Moorey (Kay) Brian and Family wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone for their help and support, attendance at the funeral and for the kind donations made in memory of Kay. Special thanks to the lovely Qcare Team and to Paul Kingston for making the service such a beautiful tribute to a very special person. Also thanks to Val at Macmillan, Hospice at Home, the District Nurses and Staff at Hampton House.
