LEWIS Patricia 'Pat' Peacefully passed away at Holmer Court Care Home on July 13th 2021, aged 76 years Much loved Sister to Ann and Judith, loving Aunty to Doric, Becky, Dani and Paul. Funeral service will take place at Wellington Church on Monday 9th August 2021 at 2.00pm followed by Committal at Hereford Crematorium. Family request no black to be worn instead bright colours. Family flowers only, however donations for Woodland Trust & Wellington Church may be sent to Bayley Brothers, 17-19 Cotterell Street, Hereford, HR4 0HH. Tel: 01432 272465.
